New Year Jello


Ingredients
1 large packet orange jello
1 large packet cherry jello
700g canned mandarin segments including juice
230g canned pineapple, drained and crushed
450g sour cream
2 1/2 cups boiling water
1 cam whole cranberry sauce

Method
1. Dissolve the orange jello in 1 cup of the boiling water.
    Add the mandarin segments and their juice.
2. Pour the mixture into Jell-O-Ring mould. Place in the fridge to set.
3. When set, spread the sour cream over the jello.
4. Dissolve the cherry jello in the rest of the boiling water. Add the pineapple and cranberry sauce.
5. Allow it to cool. Pour it carefully over the sour cream. Let it set in the fridge.
6. To serve, unmould on to a serving plate.
