Steamed Prosperity Cake
Ingredients
240g sponge mix
1 egg
150ml water
2tsp double action baking powder
A few drops of pink colouring
Method
1. Heat up TupperChef Wok with water for 15 minutes and place Steam It rack over wok.
2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Whisk until evenly blended and batter smooth.
3. Pour batter into paper cups up to 9/10 full then cover and steam over high heat for 25 minutes.
Serving: 3 persons
