Steamed Herbal Fish Fillet


Ingredients:
250g garoupa fish fillet, sliced
2 stalks spring onion, chopped
2 pickled plums
4 slices tong kwai, soaked
2 cloves garlic
2-3 ginger slices
1 red chilli, seeded and chopped

Sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp chicken granules

Method
1. Seed the pickled plums and place together with garlic on Flexi Cutting Mat.
    Chop both coarsely then combine with the sauce in Legacy Floria Bowl.
2. Arrange fish on a porcelain plate. Pour combine mixture over fish.
   Add tong kwai, ginger slices and red chilli. Place the plate on Steam It.
3. Steam fish for 10 minutes over medium heat until cooked. Remove and serve.
